Absolute Poker offers a solid and trustworthy service that is US friendly. Part of what contributes to their reliability is the fact that many poker pros both frequent and work there, such as Michael Mizrachi and Mark Seif. Absolute is a comprehensive room boasting many playing features including player notes, player search, chat, and 6 table play. There are, however, some basic features that many players have come to rely on that have not been included, such as the “bet pot” button and resizable tables.
There are always enough players for the ring games, and the site has a stable player base with about 10,000 real-money players on average. Most players are attracted by Absolute’s very rich bonuses, such as the initial deposit bonus of 100% up to $500, 30% rakeback on sign-up, and the 20-25% reload bonus. Absolute Poker is also known for rewarding long term play and loyal players, with several points and VIP programs. They also have a “no flop no drop” policy, and a general rake of 5%.
A possible down side to Absolute’s package is the lack of customer service. Email is the only function available, yet in response to this downfall they have provided ample staff such that their average response time is only 10 minutes.

Everybody complains that email is indirect and impersonal, and should be backed up by phone lines and chat I beg to differ. I have contacted Absolute using email several times, and every single time not only was I responded to within about half an hour, but also I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner, which is all I needed. So long as theyre answering people and assisting, nothing more is needed.
