All game play is accompanied by a level of support that is second-to-none. 24 hour, toll free telephone lines and email messaging is available, as well as special contact features sch as live chat functions. The average response time for emailing is 6 hours, which is moderate. The site also provides previews of the games, registration, and download process, that are accompanied by instructions.
A possible down side to CD Poker is its level of traffic. As part of the iPoker network, CD Poker harbours mainly online casinos, so traffic is still quite low (1500 during peak hour). Ive played at a lot of online poker rooms, and CD Poker really stands out from the crowd where quality is concerned. I find that the software really does mimic the experience of playing poker in real life, and thats ultimately the most enjoyable aspect of playing online poker.
