Debut poker tournament will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Poker Lounge in Las Vegas, November 7 - 9 and is hosted by Dream Team Gaming.

Traditional poker tournaments are usually based on individuals, this new concept requires team effort. Each team of three has to put up a buy-in of $3,000, the buy-in goes entirely to the prize pool. The poker tournament has a limit of 25 teams only. As part of the concept, registered players will qualify for special room rates, a VIP check-in and welcome package plus an invite to a private soiree at the Hard Rock Penthouse.

A patent pending scoring system developed by Dream Team Gaming will be used during the poker tournament. Prizes will be awarded to team and individual winners, this increases the chances of winning money for players. Even if an individual team member is eliminated from the poker tournament, he still has a vested interest in the performance of his team mates. This new team concept provides the experienced players with an opportunity to acquire new team skills and to have a more socially interactive poker experience.
