FAQ

Can I view the game before downloading it?

Yes - reputable poker rooms provide a print screen, alternatively you can download it and play for fun.

How can I multi-table without the overlap of screens?

This strongly depends on the size of your screen and screen preferences – the bigger the screen, the better.

How do I join a game and start playing?

When you have entered the lobby simply find an available table and click “go to table”. Once taken there, click “join” to be seated, and select your buy-in amount.

How do I know that card shuffling is fair?

Good poker sites will use a random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Always look for an RNG when finding sites.

What happens if I get disconnected? Most poker rooms use advanced technology

that remembers and protects your investment in the pot.

What is a rake?

In poker, a rake is the amount of money collected by the casino from each pot as compensation for hosting the table. It is usually 5%.

What is the difference between an add-on and a re-buy?

An add-on is the amount of chips a player buys, and is offered in the second round of tournament. A re-buy is additional chips bought when a player has run out

Can I see my hand history?

Some sites allow you to view your hand history (usually the last 5 hands) by clicking “request hand history”, and it is presented at the end of the game.

How do I register for a tournament?

In the lobby, choose the “multi-table tournament” option and then choose your tournament. You will be taken to a new lobby to register yourself.

How do I leave a game or poker table?

You can always leave a game completely by pressing “exit”. If a hand is in progress, click “sit out” and leave when it is completed.
