Are you ready to play poker? Click here to find the rules for deuce to seven triple draw poker. The worst hand is the "best" hand.

To begin a game of deuce to seven triple draw poker, 5 hidden hole cards are dealt to each player. The term "hidden hole cards" refers to the fact that the cards are dealt face down in front of each player. In deuce to seven triple draw poker, the player with the worst possible 5 card hand is declared the winner. In other words, having a straight or a flush in your hand is not a happy event as it would be in other poker variations! Aces for the same reason are not good to have when you are playing deuce to seven. The best possible hand in deuce to seven is 7, 5, 4, 3, 2.

Deuce to seven triple draw is a form of lowball poker and because it is a draw game, you may discard all 5 cards or none at all on each draw. Having decided on the number of cards you wish to discard, you will also receive the same number of cards as replacement cards. Because it is a "triple draw", players are allowed 3 draws each or they may "stand pat" (not throw any cards out) according to the dictates of their individual hands.

As in hold'em, there is a big and a small blind. Play proceeds clockwise. starting left of the big blind. When a round is completed and play returns to the big blind, he may check or raise if no other player has raised during the round. If there was a raise, he can either call, raise or fold.

Following the same order as the betting, players may discard as many cards as they need. When the replacements have been done, there is another round of betting. Play proceeds accordingly until each remaining player has had 3 draws. There are 3 draws and 4 rounds of betting which completes the hand of poker. After the final round of betting, the show down follows and the player with the lowest or "worst" hand wins the pot.
