Young poker player, Jared Bleznick who operates under the screen name “harrington25”, dropped a whopping $477,000 online.
Young American poker player, Jared Bleznick, had a night he’d probably rather forget late last month when he took part in a number of high stakes online cash games. The young poker pro who hails from Roslyn, NY faced off against players such as Scott Palmer whose screen name is ‘urnotindangr’ and ‘Gavs101’. Unfortunately for Bleznick, he failed to fire in the $100/$200 Pot Limit Omaha exchanges.
Bleznick must have been hurting when he logged into his Full Tilt account and lost $169,000 after playing 659 hands at the $1000/$2000 limit Hold’em tables. To add insult to injury, Bleznick had been up by more than $750,000 for the calendar year on his two accounts. These losses have eaten away a large chunk of these winnings.
The player who dominated the sessions on the night was ‘Compris’ and ended up with an upswing of $460,000. The identity of ‘Compris’ is to date, unknown however he or she took the lion’s share of winnings against Bleznick.
Palmer, who is a regular at these nosebleed events, did well. He was up by $187,000. ‘Gavs101’ was up by $193,000, ‘tjbentham’ was up by $109,000 and ‘O Fortuna PLS’ was up by $161,000.
Jared Bleznick was not the only one who walked away with losses. ‘MrSweets28’ suffered losses of $400,000 and was one of the big losers of the night after failing to make an impact on a number of opponents. ‘LuckyGump’ lost $108,000, ‘IMALLIN723’ lost $58,000, ‘urubu111’ lost $109,000 and ‘toweliestar’ struggled and made a loss of $106,000.
The Swede who goes by the screen name of ‘martonas’ made a second successive appearance on the cash tables and ended up with winnings of $37,000. The unidentified player was a regular on the online poker scene in 2009, has recently returned to the sport and is currently in the black by around $100,000.
