Justin Pechie has won the $1,500 buy in, limit hold ‘em shootout event to join the elite ranks of the WSOP
The $1,500 buy-in, Limit Hold’em Shootout Championship event at the 2011 World Series of Poker (WSOP) has been won by the 26 year old, professional poker player, Justin Pechie. This is his first World Series of Poker bracelet and he fought through an incredibly tough final table in order to gain the honour of receiving it. After beating a grand total of 538 players Pechie took the bracelet and $167,060 for first prize. In the wake of Black Friday Pechie has been looking to move to Canada in order to continue playing poker and decided to head off to Las Vegas for the WSOP while deciding what to do in the future.
