As the 2nd largest online poker room, Poker Stars has quite a lot to offer. Undoubtedly they have a vast player base, and this shows through the many levels of competition that can be found. As a result, Poker Stars have made strong efforts in accommodating all kinds of playing in various ways; Beginners are attracted to the low limits and easy game navigation, intermediate players are attracted to the wide variety of games offered on all money levels and high traffic, and experts are attracted to the multi-tabling and fast game action, as well as the VIP club and points program. They feature some of the highest player traffic found, with approximately 100,000 real money players during peak hours and special tournaments.
The software is accredited as one of the best available. Speedy and reliable, it boasts several unique functions which make it especially enjoyable and satisfying, such as the ability to upload your own image to the avatar, or the displaying of mucked hands in the history.
Unfortunately, Poker Stars provides only email messaging for customer services. Their average response time, however, is a matter of minutes (about 10), and all representatives have been described as extremely well-informed.

One of my favorite parts about Poker Stars is their variety of satellites. I reckon they have the largest amount of WSOP qualifying events, just like the ones Chris Moneymaker played for his entry. You can find all the biggest poker events through their satellites, including the Aussie Millions and World Blogger Championship. The way it should be.

Im especially impressed with the time it has taken Poker Stars to process my transactions. I mean, they write 72 hours but I use Neteller and it took them only about 4 hours thats fantastic! Plus they make it really easy to withdraw winnings and claim prizes, even for beginner real-money players.

Im an average sort of Poker player, but I still find it really hard to win even at the low limits. The competition is always tough. Maybe its the points program that attracts the pros to the low limits, but it really is a challenge, even when Im playing my best :-(
