Playtech Ltd, software designer, developer, and licensor to the online and offline gaming industry, has proudly announced its successful integration and migration of the online gaming poker activities of Hillside (Gibraltar) Ltd ("bet365") to its exclusive iPoker platform.

In 2005, Bet365 migrated all its casino products to Playtech, and it has since experienced wide success and recognition as one of the world's leading online gambling operators. As one of Playtech's most valued clients, the migration of its online poker operations has been the result of an extension of their long term partnership contract.

According to the Managing Director of Bet365, Steve Ibberson, "We are very pleased with the smooth and successful migration of our poker
product to the iPoker network. After careful consideration of our options, we
selected Playtech as our preferred exclusive software provider for our combined
casino, poker, mobile and Asian P2P activities. Playtech's expertise in
penetrating global market places was of particular interest to us."

Chief Executive of Playtech, Mor Weizer, further expressed his satisfaction with the deal: "We are delighted that bet365 has extended its relationship with Playtech to
include its Poker operations. bet365 is a highly respected operator in the
market and we have very much enjoyed working with them."

The initial term of the contract is three years, and includes the long term integration of all of Bet365's mobile, poker, and Asian P2P games. The move is designed to maximize the cross-selling opportunities obtainable to the company. With the iPoker network boasting one of the largest international player databases in the world, Bet365 will now have access to European and Asian markets. They plan on targeting these audiences by offering culture specific games in a range of custom languages.
