Two of the online poker world’s best professional players, Michael Binger and Roy Winston, have announced that they will be joining forces for an online poker venture yet to be seen in the industry. Together, they will launch a training and education center for online poker players called “Oracle Poker Consulting.

Binger, who is Bluff Magazine’s “player of the year”, and Winston, who is the recent World Poker Tour champion, boast combined tournament earnings of $7.9 million. Their company, whose name is derived from Winston’s nickname “the Oracle”, will focus its services on online poker education via a series of workshops and individual training programs. Other services offered at their site will include interactive online poker learning centers for all levels of players, featuring tournament and cash games play.
Winston and Binger plan to unveil their new company at the up and coming 2008 World Series of Poker. During the tournament, the team will provide hands-on classes for final table situations for advanced poker playing. Their offerings will culminate with a three month intense training program for one of the World Series of Poker Main Event final table players.

The Oracle Poker Consulting learning centers will concentrate on providing a range of game improvement aspects, such as the widely feared transition from online poker play to live game play. Overall, the site will provide a new and exciting way for online poker players to improve their game, whether it be those looking to learn online poker basics or those interested in adding some spark to their game.

According to Winston, coaching is a key aspect of any kind of sportsmen wanting to improve his/her performance.
