Victor Chandler Poker has been an established gaming room since its establishment in 1946. As part of the European-based Tribeca Poker Network, it has a strong player base, with many Europeans and South Americans. As such its peak hours start early and end late, and tables are filled up almost instantly.
VC’s software is on the whole quite fast and efficient, and has several features that make for a more personal gaming experience, such as “announce a table” and find a player functions. On the down side, some players complain that their graphics and sound affects are too distracting, and more reminiscent of a video game than an authentic poker playing experience
There is above average customer service on offer, including toll free phone lines with the UK, international lines, live chat and email messaging, for which the average response time is about 18 hours.
